LP Pilates is a small pilates studio based in Warkworth.We offer private pilates classes (mat, refomer, tower cadillac, stability chair equipment) and group reformer classes.

Meet Lydia

Hi, I am Lydia. I discovered pilates and fell in love with it. I wanted to teach because I wanted to give other the experience I had been given. I believe pilates is good for body and soul and I want to share my enjoyment of pilates and movement with others.
