Private Pilates sessions are a wonderful way to focus on you, your goals, your body and your movement. In these one-on-one sessions, we make use of a range of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Tower and Chair, to create a session tailored specifically to your needs.

Whether you are looking to build strength, improve posture, recover from an injury, or simply enjoy some mindful movement at your own pace, private sessions offer the perfect opportunity to move with focus and confidence.

Every session is designed to support you with personal guidance , adjustments and encouragement so you can truly feel the difference in how your body moves and feels.


Reformer Group class 5:1

Level 1 : Perfect for beginners or anyone returning to Pilates after a break. We move at a gentle pace, focusing on foundational exercises, correct alignment and body awareness to help you feel confident and comfortable on the Refomer.

 

Level 1-2 : A great option for those ready to take their practice further. This class introduces more challenging exercises and transitions, building strength and control. You’ll experience the flow and precision that make Pilates so rewarding, while continuing to refine your technique.

 

Level 2 : For experienced movers looking to refine and challenge their practice. This class offers more complex sequences, balance work and strength based exercises to deepen your Pilates practice.


Jumpboard Reformer group class 3:1

55 mins

A fun, cardio based workout that gets the heart rate up while staying kind to your joints.  We combine traditional reformer exercises with the Jumpboard for a full body program.

REFORMER GROUP CLASSES


Our group classes are 55 min long and limited to 5 clients.

Group classes are available during school term dates.

Two pricing options:

  • Term pass – best value for consistent practice ($35 per class)
  • Flexi pass – perfect if your schedule changes week to week, you travel, work shifts, or just don’t want the pressure of committing to a full term. ($40 per class)

Term pass: Group classes are offered as a block of 10 classes within the school term and are booked for the same day and time for the duration of the term.

Term 2 2026 dates:

Mondays 20th of April – 29th of June – 9 classes – $315 (no class Anzac Day and King’s Bday)

Tuesdays 21st of April – 30th of June – 11 classes – $385

Wednesdays 22nd of April – 1st of July – 11 classes – $385

Thursdays 23rd of April – 2nd of July – 11 classes – $385

Fridays 24th of April – 3rd of July – 11 classes – $385

Flexi pass : Flexi pass allows you to book a class for any day/time. Perfect if you love Pilates but need flexibility, no lock-ins, just book when it suits. Buy online through the website.
