Group Reformer Classes
Because our classes are small, for group classes, 24 hour notice is required if you cannot attend. It gives other clients time to book a spot if they have had to cancel a class and would like to reschedule within a school term. For example if you cannot attend 9am class you need to cancel by 9am the latest the morning before to give us a chance to fill it.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the class.
Your group class is booked for the same day and time for the duration of the term. You can cancel and reschedule online if spaces are available. If you cancel your classes and you are not able to reschedule, only one class can be carried over to the next term. No refund will be available for the other canceled or missed classes.
Casual class pass is valid for 6 months. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class.
Private Reformer Classes and Duo Private Reformer Classes
12 hours’ notice is required to cancel a private class. If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the class.
FAQs

Socks are required for all of our sessions. For safety reasons we recommend wearing grip socks. Grip socks are sold at the studio, or you can bring your own grip socks. Wear comfortable and breathable clothes that you can move in.
Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated.
Just a heads-up, there’s no parking at the studio. Unfortunately, the building doesn’t have parking available for clients. The best spot to park is on Hauiti Drive or Walton Ave (across the road from the studio). After parking, cross at the bus stop and turn left to head over to the studio.
Arrive 5 min before the class
